I found this recipe over at How Sweet Eats (if you haven’t checked her blog yet, you should!). This cheese ball is beautiful, yes. But it is also stuffed full of things I adore: cheese, almonds, sage. Yum!!!
The sage leaves are crisped up in brown butter. Have you had sage leaves crisped up in brown butter? You should! One of my favorite recipes is Brown Butter & Sage Tortellini and features sage cooked in brown butter. So good!!!
